Package “Safe navigation” by Velasquez:

Protect your vacation from unforeseen events related to your health conditions (including Covid disease), with this package “Safe navigation”.

The additional cost is 8% on the value of the lease or boat rental amount to be paid at the same time in full in addition to the advance e non refundable.

The package “Safe navigation” includes the following services:

– Velasquez customer-care assistance until the day of embarkation

– Management of the insertion of ancillary service on behalf of the insurance company

– SEACURITY RENT policy which includes the following guarantees, valid from the time of booking and for the entire duration of the holiday:

– Cruise cancellation due to serious and unforeseeable circumstances, by way of example disease, lost doc, layoffs and / or dismissal etc.: you can cancel your cruise up to the day before the departure date also due to covid-19 infection, documented by a public company. Maximum per person € 10.000,00 – For the whole boat € 25.000,00

– Trip interruption for serious reasons: If you are forced to interrupt the cruise for serious health reasons yourself or a family member at home, you will be able to get a refund for unused vacation days

To make the Seacurity Rent policy operational, it is essential to communicate all the names of the participants together with the Confirmation or at the latest by 7 following days. In the case of communication of the names at a later time than that indicated, and in any case before the departure date, the insurance company will apply a waiting period of 15 days (time period between the communication of the names and the actual insurance coverage).
